Couture in Paris : rue Cambon at Chanel with Anna Wintour and Elisa Nalin.
Cold was that day at rue Cambon for the Chanel show. Cars, trucks and scooters were going through some photographers, fashion students and women with furs. Suddently a Rolls Royce cabriolet with tinted windows and a Monaco registration arrived... Karl Lagerfeld went out. He seemed very calm and and after some flashes, not that much, he went peacefully at the door as he was a regular guest.

Just a small note : i have met Marisa Berenson more than 15 years ago during a fancy evening organized by the Hennessy's, a birthday party i think. I have been lucky to talk for some minutes to her while she was seated on stairs... I was happy to see her to day and she seemed to have fun with Peter Marino. Another thing, she looked younger than ever, totally impressive and totally super chic.

Louise Ebel at Hotel Amour.
It's funny how you go back to some places to shoot, and that's the case for The Hotel Amour in Paris... After having done some pictures of the hotel for Jalouse, portraying the singer Soko in the garden during a cool afternoon of may, playing the client with James Bort for a finnish magazine, here i was to take pictures of Alix Bancourt "Cherry Blossom Girl" and Louise Ebel "Miss Pandora" for the Spur magazine in Tokyo with the collaboration of Minako Norimatsu. It wasn't the first time i met Louise that i frenquently see during the fashion weeks and fashion festivals like in Hyères in South of France. I really enjoy sharing ideas and opinions with her each time we meet and i have even proposed her once to found a new party and to make some politics : ) But maybe we have better to do! I like her because she is not only this new modern icon followed by thousends and thousends schoolgirls (don 't you Emma ?), she is not only the one who made this romantic/rock style a new strong trend but she is also an adorable, educated funny and smart person and meeting her is always a special and delicate moment.
